Yes. Staff includes a doctor, nurse practitioner, phlebotomist, medical assistant, and office manager. Lab work at your appointment is provided at no cost, and Personal Health Assessments (PHAs) are available. 

Yes. The clinic follows strict privacy policies that meet all federal and state health requirements. 

Yes. Appointments can be made quickly by phone, online, or through the CareATC app.

There is no co‑pay for clinic visits.

You will need your CPPJ insurance card.

There are ten reserved parking spots marked by "Health Connection" signs near the building.

No, the clinic does not have X‑ray equipment.

There is no on‑site pharmacy. However, the doctor or nurse practitioner may dispense some generic medications when appropriate.

Yes. Appointments can be scheduled through the CareATC app or website by visiting careatc.com, clicking "Patient Login", signing in, scrolling down and clicking "24/7 telemedicine".
Appointments can be scheduled for a future date, or you can request the next available phone or video call.
